Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms describe how subscriptions to Kryvu Natural applications work. Kryvu Natural is the trade name of Kryvu Comercio de Produtos Naturais LTDA. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record.

1. How Kryvu subscriptions work

Each Kryvu Natural app is offered as a recurring subscription with two charges:

• A one-time introductory charge at sign-up, granting you full access for the introductory period (typically 7 days).
• A recurring monthly charge beginning the day after the introductory period ends, continuing every month at the same amount until you cancel.

All charges are in USD. The exact introductory amount and recurring monthly amount are always displayed together on the checkout page before payment, in compliance with card scheme rules.

2. Billing dates

Your billing cycle begins on day 8 after sign-up. You will be charged the recurring amount on the same date each month thereafter. Bank statements show the charge as PADDLE.NET* [APP NAME] or similar.

We do not issue invoices in advance. Your Paddle receipt email is the record of each charge.

3. Pre-billing notification

You will receive an email reminder before your introductory period converts into a paid recurring subscription, in compliance with Mastercard's Subscription Billing Disclosure Rule and equivalent requirements.

4. Currency & tax

Prices are listed in USD. Local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are added at checkout where required by law and remitted by Paddle on your behalf. Your card statement may show the charge converted to your local currency by your bank at their standard exchange rate.

5. Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails (card declined, expired, insufficient funds), Paddle automatically retries up to 4 times across 14 days. If all retries fail, your subscription will be suspended until you update your payment method via the link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting billing@kryvu.com.

6. Price changes

If we change the recurring price of your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from inside the Kryvu app (Settings → Subscription → Cancel), via the self-service cancellation link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing billing@kryvu.com at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation prevents the next charge — you retain full access until the end of your current billing period.
