Kryvu LLC operates kryvu.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. Write to kryvunatural@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Our mailing address appears at the bottom of this page.
This notice covers institutional browsing, messages to our support channels and applications submitted through our careers pages. Individual product services have their own privacy notices explaining their accounts, payments, content and providers. Follow the notice of the product you actually use.
02 / Information we receive
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information such as IP address, device/browser information, requested pages, timestamps and security or error logs to deliver and protect the site. The corporate pages use locally hosted fonts and do not include advertising pixels or an optional analytics SDK.
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments you choose to provide. A billing request may include the product, purchase email, receipt reference and transaction date. Never send your full card number, security code or account password.
Our careers form collects the contact details, experience, answers, availability, portfolio and résumé you choose to submit. These submissions and uploaded résumés are handled through our existing Supabase-backed recruitment system. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
03 / Purposes and legal grounds
We use technical data to deliver the website, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. We use contact information to answer messages, route customer support, check a transaction, handle rights requests and meet legal obligations. Recruitment information is used to assess your application and communicate about it.
Where the LGPD, GDPR or comparable laws apply, the relevant ground depends on the activity: steps you request before a contract or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests in secure operations and responding to requests after considering your rights, or consent where legally required. Optional future uses requiring consent will not rely on simply visiting this website.
04 / Providers, sharing and international processing
Hosting, email and recruitment infrastructure providers process information needed for those functions. This includes Vercel for hosting, the email service supporting our published contact inbox, and Supabase for recruitment records and uploads. Access is limited to people or providers who need it for the stated purpose.
When support concerns another product or the seller shown on your receipt, we may route the information necessary to resolve your request. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or during a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell personal data collected through this corporate website.
Kryvu is based in the United States and providers may process information in other countries. Where required by applicable law, international transfers must use a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate contractual or other safeguards. You may ask us about the safeguards relevant to your information.
05 / Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, a documented legal requirement, security or the establishment and defense of claims. Support and recruitment records may have different retention needs. You may ask for deletion of an application or message, subject to lawful retention obligations.
We use access controls and service-provider security features appropriate to the information handled. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a qualifying incident occurs, we will provide notifications required by applicable law.
06 / Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to confirmation and access, correction, portability, deletion or anonymization, information about sharing, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent. Under the LGPD, these include information about the consequences of declining consent when applicable. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing.
Send your request to our contact email and identify the relevant website or app. We may request proportionate identity verification to protect your information, and we will respond within applicable legal time limits. You can also raise a concern with the competent data protection authority, including the ANPD in Brazil where applicable.
This institutional site does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling. Product AI features are explained in the relevant app’s notice.
07 / Children, updates and contact
This site and its contact forms are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek children’s personal information here. Product-specific age restrictions apply in each app. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can assess deletion and other required action.
We may update this notice when processing changes. We will identify the current version and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. A new notice does not authorize an incompatible use of information already collected.
Find your purchase conditions
Refer to your purchase confirmation and the policies in the service you use. To locate a subscription, cancel or request a refund, contact our support with your purchase email and receipt reference.
