Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when customers of Kryvu Natural ("Kryvu," "we," "us," or "our") products may receive a refund. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record.
1. Money-Back Guarantee
For each Kryvu Natural application, we offer a 4-week money-back guarantee. If you complete 4 weeks of the program associated with your subscription and share your weekly progress screenshots from inside the relevant app, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your recurring subscription fees.
To qualify, all of the following must be true:
- You completed each of the first 4 weeks of the program (you have up to 2 months from the date of purchase to complete the 4 weeks).
- You submit your request within 30 days of completing week 4.
- You email billing@kryvu.com from the email address used at sign-up.
- You attach screenshots from inside the relevant Kryvu app showing the "Weekly Results" view for each of the 4 completed weeks.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of confirmation, back to the original payment method, in USD.
2. Introductory Charges Are Non-Refundable
Any introductory charge (such as a $1 7-day intro fee) grants you full access during the introductory period and is not refundable. Cancelling during the intro period ends auto-renewal but does not refund the introductory amount.
3. Statutory Cancellation Rights
European Union, United Kingdom, EEA — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers based in the EU/UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract conclusion. By starting your Kryvu subscription and accessing the digital service immediately, you expressly consent to begin receiving the digital service before the 14-day cooling-off period expires, and you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
If you have not yet accessed the service, you may exercise the withdrawal right by emailing billing@kryvu.com within 14 days of subscription.
Brazil — 7-day right (Art. 49 CDC)
Consumers based in Brazil have a 7-day right of cancellation. Email billing@kryvu.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
California, Connecticut — 3 business days
Residents may cancel within 3 business days of subscribing for a full refund, where no material breach by the customer has occurred.
Argentina — 10-day "arrepentimiento"
Email billing@kryvu.com or use the Ventanilla Única Federal de Defensa del Consumidor within 10 days for a full refund.
4. Other Refund Requests
Outside of the 4-week guarantee and statutory rights above, refunds may be granted at our discretion for confirmed technical faults that materially prevent the service from functioning. We do not refund for: dissatisfaction with results not paired with completing the program, failure to cancel before billing, or features behaving as designed.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@kryvu.com from the email address used at sign-up, with:
- Your full name
- The subscription email address
- The reason for your refund request
- For 4-week guarantee: 4 weekly-results screenshots from inside the Kryvu app
We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 14 business days. Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Before disputing a charge with your bank, please email billing@kryvu.com — we resolve almost all issues directly within 1 business day. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Inside the Kryvu app: Settings → Subscription → Cancel
- Via the self-service cancellation link in your Paddle receipt email
- By emailing billing@kryvu.com at least 24 hours before your next billing date
Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle from being charged. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
