How our apps are priced

Subscription model

Our apps are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. Customers begin with a short introductory period at a low intro price, after which the subscription continues at a flat monthly rate (in USD) until cancelled. The introductory amount and the recurring monthly amount are always displayed together at checkout, and the recurring rate applies on every renewal date thereafter.

You may cancel at any time from within the app, via the receipt email issued by our payment processor, or by contacting our billing team. Cancellation prevents the next renewal from being charged; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Currency & tax

All Kryvu product prices are listed and charged in USD. Local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are added at checkout where required by law and remitted by Paddle on your behalf. Your card statement may show the charge in your local currency at your bank's exchange rate.

Merchant of record

All payments for Kryvu Natural products are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. Your card details are never stored by Kryvu. You'll receive a receipt and a pre-billing email reminder from Paddle before any introductory period converts into a paid recurring subscription, in line with card scheme requirements.

Refund & cancellation

Each Kryvu Natural app offers a written guarantee detailed in our Refund Policy. In short: complete the program associated with the subscription, and you are eligible for a 100% refund of the recurring fees paid. Statutory cancellation rights (EU/UK 14-day withdrawal, Brazil 7-day, etc.) apply independently and are honored in full.
