01 / Identify the product and purchase
Use the app name, purchase email and receipt to identify your subscription. The seller and payment platform on the receipt determine the applicable account controls. No subscription is created by browsing kryvu.com.
02 / Cancel a subscription
Use the subscription or billing controls in your product account, or follow the link in your purchase confirmation. Use the email associated with your purchase. If you cannot access your account or find these controls, email kryvunatural@gmail.com before the next billing date with your purchase reference and a clear request to cancel.
Opening an email link alone does not send or complete a cancellation. Send the message and keep the confirmation from the billing service or support.
03 / Other purchase channels
Use the billing or cancellation controls named in your original confirmation or contact the product’s support. If a purchase was made through an app store, use that store’s subscription settings. Removing the app or your saved payment card is not a substitute for cancellation.
The Kryvu support page can help route you when you do not know which service processed the payment. Your existing purchase conditions are not changed by the brand website redesign.
04 / When cancellation takes effect
Cancel before the next billing date shown in your account to stop the next renewal. Subject to the product’s conditions and mandatory rights, access continues until the end of the paid period and then expires. A refund or a separate immediate termination request may affect access earlier.
Account deletion and cancellation are separate actions. If you want both, say so in your request, so an active subscription is not overlooked.
05 / Refunds and assistance
Cancellation does not automatically refund a previous payment. See the product’s refund terms and the refund policy linked below. If you believe a renewal occurred after an effective cancellation, send the cancellation confirmation and receipt reference so we can investigate.
