01 / Digital products

Products linked from Kryvu are digital experiences, such as web app access, digital content and in-app features. No physical shipment is implied unless an offer expressly states otherwise. Device compatibility and feature availability are described by the selected product.

02 / Payment confirmation and account access

Follow the instructions on the product’s payment confirmation page and access email. Use the same email address as your purchase. Some services require registration, an access link or account verification before use.

Processing, security checks and content generation may take time. A card authorization or pending transaction does not always mean payment and access provisioning have completed. Check the payment status and avoid repurchasing solely because an email has not yet arrived.

03 / Missing content or email

Check spam and promotions folders and confirm the email used at checkout. Try the app’s login or recovery route. If access is still missing, contact support with the product name, purchase email and receipt reference. Do not share a password, card details or a private login link.

Generated content may be queued or require information from you. Contact the app’s support if delivery exceeds the timeframe shown in your offer or the product reports an error.

04 / Access duration and credits

Subscription access lasts according to the purchased plan and its billing status. Separate credits or add-ons follow their own terms and do not automatically renew membership. Downloads, where offered, are governed by the relevant license and product conditions.

05 / Service problems

If you cannot access a paid feature, report the issue so it can be investigated. Your product’s refund policy and applicable consumer remedies remain available. We do not require a second payment simply to investigate missing access.
